What is AMITA's unique "blending" process?
"Blending" is AMITA's unique process to produce waste-derived alternative raw materials and fuels. The process consists of four steps.
- Analysis: Calories, composition and aversive components of each received material* are thoroughly checked.
- Blending rate and combination: Based on the analysis results, blending rate and combination of received materials* are decided to meet the client's product specifications.
- Blending: Materials* are blended at a decided rate and combination.
- Product inspection: The product is analyzed adjusting to the client's specifications.
*Materials: Waste, residues and by-products collected at our factories.
*Product: Alternative raw materials and fuels.
