Name Change of the Joint Venture in Malaysia to "AMITA NAZA SDN. BHD."
We are pleased to announce that the names of both our local joint venture company and its resource-recycling plant in Malaysia have been officially renamed.
Established in 2015 through a partnership with a local environmental business in Malaysia, the AMITA Group has been operating a closed-loop resource-recycling plant since May 2017.

Reason for the Name Change
Naza Group has acquired shares in the joint venture partner company, BERJAYA ENVIRO HOLDINGS SDN. BHD., from the Berjaya Group, resulting in a change of the holding company. Consequently, its name has been changed to NAZA ENVIRO HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. Following this, ABSB has also been renamed to AMITA NAZA SDN. BHD.
