Anti-Corruption Policy

Since its foundation, the AMITA Group has consistently engaged in business that contributes to enhancing Natural Capital and Human Relationship Capital toward the realization of a sustainable society.Our Group places great importance on "trust" as set forth in "AMITA's Five Commitments to Earn and Retain Public Trust" and the "AMITA Group Code of Conduct," and we regard corrupt practices as acts that undermine trust.
Therefore, the AMITA Group hereby establishes the following policy to eliminate corrupt practices and promote proper and fair business transactions.

Basic Policy and Legal Compliance

Based on our Code of Conduct, this Policy requires all officers and employees of the AMITA Group to comply with laws and regulations prohibiting corrupt practices applicable to the countries and regions where business is conducted, both domestically and internationally, and to thoroughly prevent corrupt practices and any complicity in such practices.

Relationship with Stakeholders

The AMITA Group calls upon all stakeholders who are involved with our Group in business activities, both domestically and internationally, to understand the purpose of this Policy and to refrain from engaging in corrupt practices in their relationship with our Group.

Compliance Framework

The AMITA Group's Compliance Regulations require that business be conducted "in accordance with good judgment as citizens with high moral and ethical standards," and we provide compliance education and training based on these regulations. We have also established internal and external whistleblowing hotlines for reporting acts that violate compliance standards. Should any officer or employee of our Group discover a corrupt practice or an act suspected to be a corrupt practice, such person shall promptly report it to the company.

Education and Awareness

The AMITA Group will provide the education described in "3. Compliance Framework" to all officers and employees, and conduct awareness-raising activities to ensure that this Policy is appropriately implemented throughout the entire Group.

Management of Payment Records

The AMITA Group requires all officers and employees to maintain supporting documentation and record transactions in account books in accordance with appropriate accounting procedures when providing money or other benefits to third parties in the course of business operations, and to thoroughly avoid off-book transactions.

Response to Violations and Incidents

The AMITA Group will take strict disciplinary action against officers and employees who violate laws and regulations prohibiting corrupt practices or internal regulations in accordance with internal rules.

This Policy is to take effect on January 1, 2026, subject to approval by the Group's Board of Directors.
